Crazy Chemworks!
Grades: K - 5th (Ages: 5 - 11) Co-ed
In this program, children make gooey slime, experiment with different reactions and learn to use the tools that chemists use. Polymers and catalysts are only two of the concepts young scientists explore in this thrilling trip through the chemistry lab! At the end of every class, students take home an educational toy that extends the learning experience! Classes include: Glow Show, Slime Time, Dry Ice Capades, Super Sticky Stuff, and many more!

About Mad Science
Mad Science after-school programs are both educational and fun. Our hands-on, one-hour, 8-week science programs are themed around a particular area of science and include such topics as electricity, magnetism, optics, biology, and many more.
Currently serving schools in Montgomery County and Northern Virginia.
