After-School Lacrosse Program (Grades K–5)

Join us for a fun and active one-hour after-school lacrosse program designed especially for elementary students in Kindergarten through 5th grade! This program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse in a positive, age-appropriate environment where every child can learn and grow.

Each 60-minute session includes skill development in stick handling, cradling, passing, catching, shooting, and ground balls, along with fun drills and small-sided games that help players build confidence and teamwork. Our goal is to keep kids moving, engaged, and excited about learning the game.

Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing youth sports in the country and is supported nationally by USA Lacrosse. Beyond learning the sport, participants develop coordination, agility, communication skills, and sportsmanship.
