Overtime Athletics

Come play the fastest game on two feet! Our Coaches will teach you the skills you need to play Lacrosse; cradling, passing and catching, scooping, shooting and defense. We'll even provide the sticks for this introduction to the game and exposure to the basics of Lacrosse! Capture the Lax Ball, Ground Ballhogger and Dodger are some of our favorite games to play. This perfect mix of scrimmaging and stations allows players to interact with Coaches and teammates in a fun and exciting way. Come catch the fever that is Lacrosse, one of the fastest growing sports today!

About Overtime Athletics

OTA combines quality curriculum and incredible teachers to provide stress-free sports programs and activities to schools, community associations, leagues facilities, organizations, and recreation departments.

OTA uses multi-sport programs & camps to benefit children aged 3-14 years physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our program introduces the fundamentals of 20 different sports (soccer, hockey, tennis, basketball, lacrosse, football, running, baseball, cheerleading, & more) in a non-competitive environment. Children in Overtime Athletics routinely gain greater confidence and learn to combine fitness with fun.

Currently serving schools in Montgomery County and Northern Virginia.

Refund Policy

Will notify families of cancellation due to low enrollment 1 week prior to start of class.

Weather or emergency cancellations will be decided by 12 pm day of class.
