Soccer For Kids - Elite Vision FC

Refund Policy

EVFC After-School Program Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

To ensure appropriate staffing, materials, and scheduling, the following refund policy applies to all registrations:

  • 14 or more days before the program begins: Full refund, less any non-refundable registration or processing fee.

  • 7–13 days before the program begins: 50% refund of program tuition.

  • Less than 7 days before the program begins: No refund will be issued.

Withdrawal After the Program Begins

  • No refunds or credits will be provided once the program has started, except in cases approved by program administration.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed days due to illness, vacations, school activities, disciplinary actions, or other absences.

Medical Exceptions

Requests for refunds due to a documented medical condition that prevents a participant from continuing may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Non-Transferable Registration

Program registrations are non-transferable to another participant without prior written approval from EVFC.

By registering for an EVFC After-School Program, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
