After-School Dance - Hip Hop/Ballet/Jazz
Grades: 3rd - 5th (Ages: 8 - 12)
Get up and get moving! Join us for high energy dance combining Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop. Class starts with Ballet to improve balance and flexibility and then class flows into Jazz with fun turns and leaps done to upbeat music finishing with the latest age-appropriate hip hop moves. At the end of the session, we will showcase our skills in a special performance for families and friends!

Minimum - 5 students
Dismissal – At the front door of the school unless your child attends aftercare
Dance Attire – Comfortable clothing is key! Girls can wear leotards, tights, shorts, leggings, or a t-shirt. Boys usually wear track pants and t-shirt. No jeans please. Hair pulled away from the face in a ponytail or bun.
Shoes – For class and recital we ask for “ballet pink” ballet shoes (Capezio or Bloch recommended) for girls and black ballet shoes or black jazz shoes or black tennis shoes for boys. Affordable options may be found on Amazon. For a fitting, visit Footlights in Frederick, MD, our nearest dance supply store.
End of the Session Class Presentation - We invite parents and guests to attend our last class for an in class presentation.
Class does not meet with MCPS is not in session. Should the school need to reschedule one of our classes, we will have a make up days.

About ACD Dance Company, LLC
ACD Dance Company, LLC offers ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, musical theater and hip hop in small classes focusing on classical training for both boys and girls ages K - high school. We have several highly sought after After School Dance Enrichment Programs in addition to our elite competitive teams and evening technique classes. We emphasize the education and artistry of dance. ACD Dance focuses on developing strength, flexibility, confidence, creativity and performance skills of all our students.
Currently serving schools in Montgomery County and Northern Virginia.

Refunds will be issued for classes that are cancelled and cannot be made up.
