Indoor Hockey @ Wesbriar where you learn the positions of floor hockey, play games and work on skills associated with hockey!

Description
This basketball class will focus on learning dribble moves like the crossover, behind the back and hesitation. We will also learn how to shoot layups, mid-range and foul shots. The students will play full court games each class and learn how to play team defense and move without the ball. Each class will end with a fun group game like dodgeball, or skittles.
This is a 10 week session!

Description
This class will introduce basic fundamental basketball skills that will focus on dribble moves, passing, shooting, rebounding and small sided games. We will learn through games like dribble knockout, dribble freeze tag and shooting contests. Each day we start with a warm up activity like noodle tag, and end with a fun group game like skittles.
This is a 10 week session!
Grades: 2nd - 6th Ages: 7 - 12
Description
This class will include a variety of sports including soccer, floor hockey, pillow polo, basketball, kickball, dodgeball, and many other PE games. We will begin with a warm up game of tag, and play at least two sports each class. This class is a great way for the students to get some exercise, learn some new sports, and have some fun before school begins.
