Spanish Extended
Grades: 2nd - 5th (Ages: 7 - 12) Co-ed
Join us as we continue our Spanish learning adventure in a fun, informal, language immersion setting. Gain confidence in hearing and speaking Spanish, build new vocabulary and expressions, explore new and familiar themes, and practice early reading and writing skills in Spanish.
Spring extended programs build on what children have already learned with different topics and themes and fun, hands-on activities. Lessons encourage practical use of the language and include a workbook to strengthen early literacy skills.
Extended programs are appropriate for continuing students.
Additional Notes
Minimum 8, Maximum 12 students.
On the first day of class, children will receive a workbook in a pocket folder, which they will bring to class with them each week. We encourage parents to review their children’s workbooks with them after every lesson and ask them to share what they are learning. Children may need reminders to bring their workbooks to Spanish class each week.

Refund Policy
Make-ups are scheduled where possible for weather closures, either by adding a week at the end of the session or by lengthening the class time during the final few classes. If there are excessive weather closures and it is not possible to make up all the canceled classes, no refunds are provided. Refunds are not offered for individual student absences. Once a class is confirmed, no refunds are given if a student withdraws.
