Refund Policy
Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancelled sessions or seasons due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure.
No refunds or credits will be issued after week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming.
Refunds or credits requested prior to week 3 of the season for regularly scheduled (in-person) programming will be given for the remaining sessions only. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to the Brazilian soccer school representative. Notification must be received 24 hours PRIOR to the session.
Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.
Should The Brazilian soccer school find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a make up class
